Welcome to Feel! By accessing or using the Feel website (the “Site”) and our services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing and using our Site and Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or if you are under 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. Your use of the Site and Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site and Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Description of Services

   Feel provides a platform focused on emotional wellness through tools, content, and features, including audiovisual content and emotional intelligence exercises.

4. User Accounts

   Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. User Conduct

   You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that infringes on the rights of others, disrupts the platform, or violates any applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

   All content on the Site and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Feel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Services at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

Feel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.     You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feel, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Preorder & Payment Terms

    By placing a preorder for the Feel Ring, you agree to the following:

• You are placing a non-refundable $1 deposit to reserve your spot for a product currently in development. This deposit does not guarantee that the product will be produced or delivered.

• If and when the product is ready to ship, you will be notified and charged a second and final payment for the remaining balance. You must complete this payment within the time window provided.

• If you do not complete the final payment by the stated deadline, your preorder will be canceled and your $1 deposit forfeited.

• You may cancel your preorder at any time before final payment is charged, but the $1 deposit remains non-refundable.

• Feel reserves the right to cancel any preorder at its discretion. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded.

• Nothing in these Terms overrides any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
